1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Talent Liberation (talentliberation.org), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and contributors.

2. Description of Service

Talent Liberation provides free, client-side career development tools and a public job board. Our services include but are not limited to:

All tools and services on Talent Liberation are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete.

While we strive to provide helpful and accurate career development tools, the nature of career advice is inherently general. Our tools are designed to help you think through decisions, not to replace professional counsel.

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you create using our tools. Resumes, cover letters, interview responses, salary analyses, career plans, and any other output generated through your use of our tools belong entirely to you.

Since our tools run client-side in your browser, we never have access to your content in the first place. You are free to use, modify, share, or commercialize anything you create with our tools without restriction or attribution.

5. Job Board Rules

The Talent Liberation job board is a free public resource. By posting a job listing, you agree to the following:

  • Scam postings — fake jobs designed to steal personal information or money
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) — positions that require upfront investment or recruitment of others
  • Predatory listings — jobs that require payment to apply, mandatory equipment purchases, or deceptive compensation structures
  • Discriminatory postings — listings that violate employment discrimination laws
  • Illegal activity — postings for illegal work of any kind

We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these rules, without notice. Repeat violators may be blocked from posting.

6. AI-Generated Content

Chester, our AI career assistant, provides advisory content only. AI-generated suggestions, recommendations, and content should be treated as a starting point, not as professional advice. Specifically:

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Intellectual Property

The Talent Liberation name, logo, design, and tool code are protected. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools as your own product. You are welcome to link to our tools and recommend them to others.

All tool output that you generate belongs to you (see Section 4).

9. Third-Party Links

Talent Liberation may contain links to other websites within our ecosystem (ewepip.net, company.ewepip.net, upip.academy, kuckledragger.com) or to external resources. Each linked site has its own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Our core commitment -- that all existing tools remain free forever -- will not change.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of Talent Liberation shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
